Our development team delivered a comprehensive embedded system solution, covering every aspect from firmware programming to hardware design. We engineered the complete system architecture including custom PCB design, circuit layout, and Arduino-based embedded code.
Powerful processing unit with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity enabling real-time communication and intelligent control operations.
Precision sensor providing real-time measurement of voltage, current, power, and energy consumption for accurate billing.
Intelligent contractor/relay system managing power delivery with automatic activation and deactivation based on signals and subscription status.
From concept to production, we handled every aspect of hardware and firmware development with precision and expertise.
Custom printed circuit board designed for optimal component placement, signal integrity, and thermal management.
Complete electrical circuit design ensuring safe power delivery and seamless integration of all system components.
Robust embedded code written in Arduino IDE, handling sensor communication, relay control, and server data transmission.
Seamless integration of ESP32, PZEM-004 sensor, and relay control systems working in harmony for optimal performance.
The embedded system follows a sophisticated operational workflow designed for reliability and precision in electric vehicle charging management.
When a start signal is received, the ESP32 microcontroller processes the command and activates the contractor/relay, initiating the charging process for the connected electric vehicle.
The PZEM-004 current sensor continuously measures the electrical parameters (voltage, current, power, energy) flowing through the system, providing accurate real-time consumption data.
The system automatically manages the charging session, stopping operation when a stop signal is received, manual unplugging is detected, or subscription expiration occurs, ensuring safe and controlled operation.
Upon session completion, usage data collected from the PZEM-004 sensor is securely transmitted to the remote server for billing, analytics, and subscription management purposes.
We developed every aspect of the system in-house, including the custom PCB design, complete circuit architecture, and Arduino-based embedded firmware, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
The integrated PZEM-004 sensor provides precise measurement of all electrical parameters, enabling accurate billing and real-time monitoring of energy consumption during charging sessions.
Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity on the ESP32 ensures reliable communication with remote servers, enabling real-time status updates and seamless data transmission for usage tracking and management.
Multiple safety mechanisms including automatic shutdown on manual disconnection, subscription monitoring, and intelligent relay control ensure safe operation and protect both the vehicle and charging infrastructure.
